Good morning divas!
Para começar bem a quinta louca, trago um esmalte tão lindo quanto vocês. Mas o que ele tem de lindo, tem de ordinário. Bem como as meninas (Paula e Carol) me falaram. Com vocês, o safado mais lindo de todos, o Liberty da Zoya:
To start off this crazy Thursday, I bring a polish as gorgeous as you guys. It's so pretty but such a pain in the rear. Just as the girls (Paula and Carol) told me. I give you the prettiest and most difficult of them all, Liberty by Zoya:
Desejei esse divo durante muito tempo e hesitei até o último momento, pois já tinha lido que ele mancha até a alma. Bem no estilo Smurf mode on mesmo! Até que decidi pegá-lo quando fiz a minha troquinha americana em novembro do ano passado.
This was one of my lemmings for a long time, because I had already read it stains your soul. Really like Smurf mode on! Until I finally decided to get it on the American swap I did on november last year.
I put two coats of base coat and then two coats of Liberty. When I applied it I thought there was something wrong with it, because it was really smooth. Then the pixie effect came out, and I have to say that among all the textured polishes I own, this is the most delicate one. The particles are so thin it doesn't even look textured.
I have to admit I don't know when i'll have the courage to wear it again, but I'm certainly not leaving it stuck in the box. It's too much love to abandon it just because it turns me into a Smurfette.... LOL
I always use the foil technique to remove textured polishes. not just because I'm lazy, but because rubbing the cotton with polish remover against my nails hurt my cuticles as well. On the first picture you can see how it stains. On the second on I could clean better just with polish remover. On the third one (bottom left) it was after letting the nails soak on warm water with lime juice and sodium bicarbonate for 10 minutes. And the last one was after buffing.
Super beijo e até amanhã.
Who has this painful beauty? Tell me about your experience with it.
Big kiss and see you tomorrow.
