[Lacquer Legion Challenge] #LLAfterDark

A mani de hoje para o desafio do The Lacquer Legion é no tema do Halloween, e sinceramente, foi uma das piores que já fiz. Estava totalmente sem inspiração.

Today's mani for The Lacquer Legion challenge has to do with Halloween, and honestly, it's one of the worst I've ever made. I was totally out of inspiration.

No polegar e no anelar foram duas camadas do Atomic Orange (OPI), no médio e no mindinho duas do Grape Pop (China Glaze) e no indicador duas do Black Is Black (Essence). 

On the thumb and ring finger I applied two coats of Atomic Orange (OPI), on the middle and pinky two of Grape Pop (China Glaze) an on the index two of Black Is Black (Essence).

Os morcegos e os corvos são da plaquinha Gothic Collection 07 e a lápide, a teia de aranha e os símbolos místicos são da Gothic Collection 01 da MoYou London. O esmalte preto para carimbo é o 2 Black da Mundo de Uñas e o prata é o da La Femme.  

The bats and crows are from the image plate Gothic Collection 07 and the tombstone, spider web and mystic symbols are from Gothic Collection 01 by MoYou London. The black stamping polish is 2 Black by Mundo de Uñas and the silver is from a Brazilian brand called La Femme.

Sinceramente, não gostei. Acho que poderia ter feito melhor, mas estava sem inspiração e sem tempo para fazer outra. 

O que vocês acharam? Dá pra salvar ou ficou uma m... mesmo?

Honestly, I don't like it. I think I could've done better, but I completely lacked inspiration and time to make another one. What do you think? Is it acceptable or is it total shit?

Día de los Muertos Sugar Skulls

Consegui fazer a minha terceira mani temática de Halloween e aqui está mais uma que eu adorei.
I got to make my third Halloween themed mani and here's another one I love.
 

Há muito que queria fazer essas caveirinhas de açúcar. A Calavera é uma representação do crânio humano feita seja em açúcar ou em argila, a qual é usada no México na celebração do Dia dos Mortos.
It's been a long time I want to make those sugar skulls. Calavera is a representation of human skull made from either sugar or clay, which is used in the Mexican celebration of the Day of the Dead.
 

No polegar, indicador e mindinho passei três camadas do Best Hip Hop da Essence coleção Rock Out!!, uma coleção limitada que acabou de ser lançada aqui. Consegui comprar a coleção toda, por isso depois farei um post com swatches para vocês.
On the thumb, index and pinky I applied three coats of Best Hip Hop by Essence from a Rock Out!! limited edition collection that was just released here. I got the whole collection, so I'll make a swatches post later on.
 

No médio e no anelar foram duas camadas do Francesinha da Ellen Gold (que coloquei em um vidrinho vazio da Essence por causa do pincel maravilhoso) e desenhei as caveiras comprinha acrílica preta usando esse tutorial aqui. Os detalhes foram feitos com esmaltes e um boleador pequeno e usei florzinhas em fimo para fazer os olhos.
On the middle and ring finger I applied two coats of Francesinha by Ellen Gold (which I poured in an empty bottle by Essence because of the wonderful brush) and drew the skulls with black acrylic paint using this tutorial here. The details were made with regular polishes and a small dotting tool and I used fimo flowers to make the eyes.
 

Amei demais essa mani. Estou muito satisfeita com o resultado. Quem aí também gosta de caveirinhas?

Cute Frankenstein

Por aqui tudo enlouquecedoramente ótimo. Saí de um desafio para entrar em outro e continuo com o tempo escasso... kkkkkk
Mas estou conseguindo cumprir o meu objetivo de fazer mais manis para o Halloween esse ano e amei essa daqui. Acho que ficou muito fofa mesmo.
How are you doing?
I'm happily crazy busy. I finished a challenge to start another and I'm still lacking time.
But I'm being able to make more Halloween manis this year and I love this one. I think it turned out super cute.

Comecei com duas camadas do Lime Catwalk da Bourjois, outro encalhadinho. Achei a fórmula dele um tiquinho mais fluída do que os outros da linha, mas nada que escorra em litros para as cutículas. Cobre super bem em duas camadas, seca rápido e é fácil de limpar.
I started off with two coats of Lime Catwalk by Bourjois, another untried. I think its formula is a little more fluid than the other ones from this line, but nothing like liters of polish running to the cuticles. It gets fully opaque in two coats, dries quickly and it's easy to clean.
 

Desenhei o Frankenstein no indicador usando tinta acrílica preta e esse tutorial aqui. A noiva dele eu copiei de uma foto que não lembro onde vi. Os olhinhos e o detalhe no cabelo da noiva também fiz com tinta.
I drew the cute Frankenstein on the index using black acrylic paint and this tutorial here. I made his bride according to a picture I saw somewhere. The eyes and the detail on the bride's hair I also made with paint.
 

Nas outras unhas apenas fiz as cicatrizes com pontos para não deixar sem nada. Uma camadinha do extra brilho com óleo de argan da Ideal e voilà.
On the other nails I only made the scars with stitches so they would have something on them. I topped everything with the Brazilian top coat by Ideal (which I've been using a lot lately) and voilà.

Water Marble for Halloween

Esse mês eu decidi que farei mais manis de Halloween do que no ano passado. Agora só tenho que ver se conseguirei né?!
This month I decided I'll make more Halloween manis than last year. Now I just have to see if I get to do them, right?!

 Resolvi começar com o meu segundo water marble bem sucedido, usando cores típicas do Halloween: preto, laranja e roxo.
I started with my second successful water marble, using colours that are typical on Halloween: black, orange and purple.

 Usei esse tutorial aqui da rainha do water marble Mucking Fusser e as cores: Atomic Orange (OPI), Black (Colorama), Grape Pop (China Glaze) e Storm (Zoya).

Simplesmente amei essa mani e estou muito orgulhosa do resultado. Fiz as pazes com a técnica e quero tentar muitas outras vezes.
I simply love this mani and I'm very proud of the result. I made peace with this technique and I want to try it much more now.

Happy Halloween: Orange Is The New Black - Essence

Good morning little witches! Huahahahaha

É hoje o dia, Dia das Bruxaaaaaaaaas! E consegui postar a mani no dia certinho… hehehe
Queria ter feito outras manis com o tema mas, assim como ano passado, só consegui fazer uma. Agora, tenho que reconhecer que a desse ano está muuuuuuuito mais bonita que a do ano passado. Se vocês não lembram, dêem uma espiada aqui.
Today’s the day, Halloweeeeeeeeen! And I was able to post the mani on the exact day!
I wish I would’ve done other manis with the theme but, just like last year, I only got to do one. Now, I have to recognize that this year’s is way better than last year’s. If you don’t remember, have a look here.

Não sei que febre é essa que dá na gente quando vira uma esmaltólatra, mas acreditam que depois de dois dias já enjôo da esmaltação?!

I don't know what's this fever that we get when we become a polish addict, but can you believe that after two days I get fed up with the manicure?!

Esse post era para ter saído ontem, visto que o Halloween foi comemorado nesse fim de semana!
Mas aproveitei o domingo para praticar mais um pouco com o carro e só consegui esmaltar à noite!
E visto que já tinha quase 2 meses que eu não falava com a minha mãezona querida, ela foi prioridade (lógico né??!!)! Por isso o post sai hoje, mas acho que ainda está valendo né?! Afinal, o dia oficial de Halloween é 31/10... Huahuahauhhua
This post was supposed to come out yesterday, because Halloween was this weekend!
But I've enjoyed this Sunday to drive a little bit more and could only fix my nails in the evening!
And since I hadn't spoke to my mom it was almost 2 months, she was priority (of course!)!
That's why the post comes out today, but I think it's still valid, isn't it?
Anyway, the official Halloween day is only on the 31st... Huahuahauah
