Mas estou dolorida até agora, ontem não consegui
sair de casa. Ainda bem que foi feriado e não tive curso de holandês à noite.
Passei o dia inteiro no sofá. \o/\o/\o/

I survived the sports marathon from Sunday! I

But I'm still sore, couldn't leave the house yesterday. Luckily it was a holiday and I didn't have Dutch course in the evening. I spent the whole day on the couch. \o/\o/\o/

Hoje é dia de dois desafios, o das unhas e o do
corpo… kkkkk. Tenho um amigo dono de uma academia que me convidou para
participar de uma maratona de 4 horas de aeróbica pesada (1 hora de RPM, 2 horas
de Body Pump e 1 hora de Insanity Workout), portanto, hoje pode ser o último dia
que apareço por aqui, porque com certeza morrei depois dessa. Agora, se eu
sobreviver à isso tudo quer dizer que sou muito foda mesmo!

Today is two challenges day, the nails one and the
body one… lol. I have a friend who owns a gym and invited me to participate in a
4 hour-workout marathon (1 hour RPM, 2 hours Body Pump and 1 hour of Insanity
Workout), so, this may be the last day I’m posting here, because I’ll certainly
die after that. Now, if I survive all that it means I rock!

Como vocês sabem, Outubro foi o mês da
conscientização sobre o Câncer de Mama. Esse mês é sobre o Diabetes e sobre o Câncer de Próstata. A
campanha começou na Austrália em 2003 e consiste em desafiar os homens a
deixarem o bigode crescer durante os 30 dias de Novembro. Para quem quiser mais
informações é só entrar no site Movember.

As you know, October was Breast Cancer Awareness
month. This month is about Diabetes and about Prostate and Testicular Cancer. The movement started
in Australia in 203 and consists in challenging men to grow a moustache for the
30-days of November. For those who want more information just check the Movember website.
A campanha também conta com as mulheres,
que apoiam e estimulam os homens em suas vidas a se envolverem. E lógico que a
mulherada do mundo esmaltístico não poderia ficar de fora né?! Para representar
a causa foi escolhida a cor azul e os famosos bigodinhos (símbolos da
campanha).
The movement also involves women, who support and
encourage the men in their life to get involved. And of course that women in the
nail community couldn't stay out of it right?! The color blue and the well-known
moustaches was chosen to represent the movement.

uma das primeiras artes que fiz, logo que comecei o blog (por favor relevem a
qualidade da foto… rsrsrsrs). E essa aqui foi do desafio que fiz antes de
começar esse.

This is the third time I do B&W and seriously,
this is the prettiest I’ve ever done. I loved it! If you want to see the other two, this one was one of
the first arts I did, when I had just started blogging (please don’t mind the
quality of the picture… rsrsrsr). And this one was part of the challenge I did
before starting this one.

I wish I would’ve done other manis with the theme
but, just like last year, I only got to do one. Now, I have to recognize that
