31DC2014 Day 31: Honor Nails You Love

Voilà, sobrevivi ao desafio! Uhuuuuuuuuuuuuul! Estou devendo milhares de visitas a todas vocês e agradeço de coração pelo carinho e atenção ao me acompanhar nesse mês louco. Vocês são as melhores!

Voilà, I survived the challenge! Uhuuuuuuuuuuuu! I owe thousands of visits on all of your blogs and I'm deeply thankful for your care and interest in following me through this crazy month. You are the best!

São várias as blogueiras que eu admiro e gostaria de homenagear, mas como só posso escolher uma resolvi honrar a australiana excepcional Cathy do blog More Nail Polish reproduzindo essa mani aqui.

There are many bloggers I admire and I'd like to honor, but since I can only pick one I decided to honor the exceptional Cathy from the blog More Nail Polish copying this mani here.

Fiz uma misturinha de base com algumas (não lembro quantas) gotas de esmalte preto para ficar um preto translúcido. Apenas uma camada dele foi suficiente para esse resultado.

I mixed a bit of clear polish with some (can't remember how many) drops of black polish so it would be translucent. One single coat was enough to achieve this result.

Carimbei com as minhas flores preferidas (atualmente) da plaquinha SE04B do set Encore da PUEEN. Depois contornei com um esmalte preto e coloquei um bling vermelho no meio de cada flor.

I stamped it with my favourite flowers (for the time being) from the image plate SE04B from the Encore set by PUEEN. Then I outlined around it with black polish and put a red bling in the middle of each flower.

Amei demais essa mani e espero que vocês tenham gostado também. Mais uma vez, muito obrigada por terem me acompanhado.

31DC2014 Day 30: Inspired by a Tutorial

Aqui estou na penúltima mani do desafio, último dia do mês e mais um marco na minha evolução aqui no blog. Realmente, esse desafio me fez aprimorar ainda mais as técnicas que já conhecia e me aventurar em outras que não tinha tanta intimidade.
Here I am on the thirtieth mani of the challenge, last day of the month and another milestone on my improvement here on the blog. Really, this challenge made me improve even more the techniques I already knew and get adventurous in others I didn't have much familiarity.

Dessa vez me inspirei por outra diva das flores lá no Instagram, a Katarzyna (@lynieczka) faz cada mani de babar e tem uns tutoriais super fáceis. Escolhi esse aqui e mudei as cores, lógico.
This time I got inspired by another diva of flowers on Instagram, Katarzyna (@lynieczka) makes incredibily gorgeous manis and has pretty easy tutorials. I picked this one and changed the colours, of course.

Aproveitei para desencalhar mais um bonitinho, o Matte Black da linha Make B. da O Boticário. Já mostrei o irmãozinho dele aqui. Achei que ele fosse mais fosco. Demora um pouquinho para secar, mas a consistência é bem boa.
I also took the opportunity to get another untried out of the box, Matte Black from the Make B. collection by a Brazilian brand called O Boticário. I've already shown its little brother here. I thought it would be more matte than that. I takes a bit of time to dry, but consistency is quite good.

Fiz as flores usando apenas tinta acrílica, começando com a branca para fazer a base e depois preenchendo com a rosa e a azul. Em seguida os últimos detalhes e uma camada do Matte Top Coat da OPI para finalizar.
I made the flowers using only acrylic paint, starting with white as base and then filling them with pink and blue. I finished with the last details and a coat of Matte Top Coat by OPI.

Impressionante como esse top coat faz a diferença. Acho que precisarei comprar outro.
It's impressive how much of a difference this top coat can make. I think I need to buy another one.

Para a mani de hoje eu sabia que teria que carimbar com holográfico sobre preto, só precisava achar uma estampa delicada.

Revirei todas as minhas plaquinhas e me dei conta de que preciso quero mais.... Kkkkkkkk
For today's mani I knew I had to stamp with a holo over black, I just needed to find a delicate print.

I checked all my image plates and realized I need want more... LMAO

Depois de muito procurar, achei que essa estampa da PUEEN44 era perfeita.

After a lot of searching, I found this pattern from PUEEN44 was perfect.

Duas camadinhas do Black Is Black da Essence e carimbei com o Harp On It da Color Club, coleção Halo Hues 2012.

Two coats of Black Is Black by Essence as base and I stamped with Harp On It by Color Club, Halo Hues 2012 collection.

Amo demais carimbada holográfica sobre preto. E vocês, gostam tanto quanto eu?

I love holo stamping over black. What about you? Do you like it as much as I do?

31DC2014 Day 7: B&W Nails

Bonjour bonjour!

Sem mais delongas, passemos à mani de hoje. Se tem uma combinação que eu adoro (e o love detesta) é preto e branco. Acho tão curinga, tão elegante... lógico, dependendo do que será inventado com as cores né? Heheheheheh
Let's cut to the chase and get to today's mani. If there's a combo that I love (and hubby hates) is black and white. I think it's a joker, so elegant... of course, depending on what we create with the colours, right? Hehehehehehe

Para a mani de hoje escolhi a simplicidade das listras e acho que não errei não. No polegar, médio e mindinho foram duas camadas do Francesinha da Ellen Gold (Paula, estou usando viu?!) e no indicador e no anelar duas do Black Is Black da Essence.
For today's mani I chose the simplicity of stripes and I think it turned out great. On the thumb, middle finger and pinky I applied two coats of Francesinha by Ellen Gold and on the index and ring finger two of Black Is Black by Essence.

Passei top coat por cima do branco para proteger e poder aplicar as fitinhas horizontais. Uma camada generosa do Black Is Black por cima e pronto.
I top coated the white to protect it and be able to apply the straight vinyls. One generous coat of Black Is Black on top and that was it. 

Nas unhas pretas resolvi colocar apenas um stud e pintá-lo de branco. Dessa vez não inverti as cores na mão direita. Fiz exatamente igual.
On the black nails I decided to put a stud and paint it white. This time I didn't switch the order of the colours on the right hand. I did exactly the same. 

Dá pra ver que esses são os esmaltes preto e branco que mais uso né? O rótulo já está até gasto... kkkkkk
Aliás, branco é o que mais uso. Já acabei com o Blanc da Essie, o Alpine Snow da OPI está dando seus últimos suspiros e o Francesinha já está na metade. :-P
You can see these are the black and white polishes I use the most, right? The label is almost completely faded... LOL
Actually, white is the colour I use the most. I've already finished a bottle of Blanc by Essie, Alpine Snow by OPI is taking its last breaths and Francesinha is half way down. :-P

A apressadinha aqui anunciou na segunda passada que o Blue Suède era o último para o post dos acabamentos. Pois eu estava com tanta vontade de mostrar todos para poder publicar o postão, que esquecei desse aqui.
The crazy lady here announced last week that Blue Suède was the last one to be added to the nail polish finishes post I'm preparing. Well, I was in such a hurry to show you all of them and publish the post, that I forgot this one.

Gosto porque me sinto mais próxima de vocês, mas por outro lado, meus posts acabam tendo menos visibilidade. Por isso acho que mesmo que acumule manis e a minha ânsia em dividí-las com vocês seja grande, vou manter dia sim dia não mesmo. ;-)
I have many accumulated manis again and here I am posting everyday... hehehehhe
I like it because I feel closer to you guys, but on the other hand, my posts end up having less traffic. So I think that even if I accumulate manis and my urge to share them with you is huge, I'm going to keep posting every other day.

Black Is Black + Night In Vegas! - Essence

Tudo bem com vocês? Por aqui continuo na correria. Uma de nossas colegas mudou de trabalho e estamos com uma pessoa a menos no telefone, por isso os dias têm sido enlouquecedores. Recebo, em média, entre 120 e 160 ligações por dia, em inglês, francês, italiano, holandês e português. Tem horas que meu cérebro chega a dar tilte.... rsrsrsrsrs... Por isso não tenho tido tempo de retribuir todas as visitas, mas vou me desdobrando até que a coisa se acalme de novo.
How are you doing? I'm still crazy busy here. One of our workmates changed jobs and we are short one person in the call center, so these days have been impossible. I get, on averaga, between 120 and 160 calls a day, in English, French, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese. Sometimes my brain just short circuits... rsrsrsrsrs... That's why I have very little time to pay you guys a visit, but I'll work it out slowly until things get calmer.

Tell me something, is time passing as quick for you as it is for me? Just another couple of days and March is gone. I'm impressed how quick this year is passing.

Tudo bem com vocês? Estou finalmente chegando no final do desafio, só mais 6 manis e pronto! A mani de hoje é inspirada pela moda. Eu particularmente não sou das maiores seguidoras de moda não. Apesar de atualmente ser menos brega do que era quando adolescente, ainda sofro com falta de inspiração. Queria tanto ter o dom da minha irmã que qualquer coisa que olha já combina com outra e mais outra e tudo fica lindo! kkkkkkkkkk
How are you doing? I'm finally getting to the end of the challenge, just another 6 mani's to go! Today's mani is inspired by fashion. I'm actually not a big follower of fashion. Although I have a little more sense of style than when I was a teenager, I still suffer with the lack of inspiration. I wish I was like my sister that looks at one thing and matches it with another one and another one and everything looks pretty! LMAO

Espero que vocês estejam curtindo muitíssimo esse calorzão maravilhoso do Brasil pois por aqui o frio já chegou com tudo!
Acordei hoje e tinha neve pra tudo que é lado! Tão lindo mas tão frio... Brrrrrrrrrrrr!

Como eu tinha falado pra vocês no post anterior, resolvi aproveitar que as minhas cutículas estão menos feias e fazer o meu primeiro (e último) swatch! Digo último pois definitivamente não tenho tempo nem paciência para swatches!

Foi super difícil conseguir esse lindões visto que no mesmo dia em que eles chegaram na loja, a mulherada passou o rodo! Por isso tive que comprar em um site da Bulgária!
